This form is specifically for paying the processing fees related to Access to Information requests as instructed by the Access and Privacy Officer. It can also be used, as instructed by a City Clerk’s staff member, to submit the $20.00 initial application fee if you forgot to include it with your PDF submission or if you accidentally selected the wrong access request type (e.g., personal information instead of a general request).
